Must be at least 23 years old with good driving record for the past two years for a professional OTR driving position
Must have a Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) in the state of residence
Must have a solid work history
Must be able to drive in all 48 states
Must be able to pass Department of Transportation physical and drug screen
Must not have any convictions for careless or reckless driving in the past five years
Must not have any recent accidents (OEX will run DMV record)
Must not have any license suspensions in the past three years; no more than one suspension in the last ten years or no more than two in a lifetime
Must not have any convictions for drug/alcohol related offenses in the last three years and no more than one in the past ten years
Must not have any criminal charges (pending)

Employment history for last ten years
History of traffic accidents, violations and/or convictions from the last three years
Criminal history
Military history if applicable
